Refund policy

 

General Provisions

  • Each Client has a right for a refund if the quality of provided services is not satisfied.
  • Refund will be considered individually.
  • In order to be eligible for the refund Client coincide with certain patterns.
  • ASGER LIMITED Can reject the Client request in some special cases (see below)
  • If a Customer is not happy with the service, he/she can unsubscribe anytime on the Unsubscribe page or contact Customer Service Department, which is available 7 days a week. No further charges will happen after a customer cancels the subscription.

 

Common Points/Statements

  • 14-Day Policy
  • Client can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase in obedience to the Consumer Rights Directive of 2011 for the European Union.

 

Nonrefundable Credit

  • 1.95 Euro which is registration fee is nonrefundable.

 

Refund

  • The customer service support of ASGER LIMITED should be contacted via email [email protected] .
  • The refund must be proceed by customer support representative.
  • Client should provide ASGER LIMITED with all necessary data.
  • If the Client doesn`t agree to provide with his/her personal data the ASGER LIMITED has the right to decline clients`s request.
  • After full Client`s verification ASGER LIMITED has a right to approve or decline the request.
  • If the ASGER LIMITED Service was not used by Client the ASGER LIMITED can refund only the first payment.
  • If the Client wants to cancel all further payments he/she can unsubscribe on the ASGER LIMITED website or give a call to Customer Support Department.

 

Chargeback

  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority and ASGER LIMITED  expects that each customer will contact ASGER LIMITED directly. If chargeback occurs in ASGER LIMITED system we promised to provide with all necessary information Customer`s bank.
  • The ASGER LIMITED reserves the right to use the services of third parties to process received chargebacks.

 

Important Note

  • The ASGER LIMITED has the right to make changes and amendments to this policy from time to time. By accepting this policy, the Customer is obligated to check and monitor its changes on ASGER LIMITED page.
  • Any additional commissions related to currency conversion, commissions from the bank side or/and any other charged accompanying the payment are not refundable.
